- All physical products are final sale.
- No returns or refunds will be issued for product purchases.
- Full payment is required before the start of the class.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class: no fee charged.
- Cancellations submitted 48 hours or less before the scheduled class: $90 fee.
- Rescheduling by participant: $70 fee.

- Rescheduling by participant: $100 fee.
If Brooklyn Training Academy cancels a class, participants may choose to either:
1. Receive a full refund, or
2. Reschedule to the next available class at no extra cost.
- Participants are responsible for arriving on time and being fully prepared for each class.
- If a participant is not prepared or unable to meet course requirements, Brooklyn Training Academy reserves the right to terminate training without issuing a refund.

At Brooklyn Training Academy, we provide Certified Pool Operator (CPO) services to ensure your aquatic facility operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all Department of Health requirements.
- Water Chemistry Management: Regular testing, balancing, and chemical dosing.
- Equipment Oversight: Inspection of pumps, filters, heaters, and other systems.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintenance of DOH logs, records, and safety standards.
- Emergency Support: Assistance with urgent water quality or mechanical issues.
- Service Agreement: All CPO services are delivered under a signed service agreement outlining duties, visit frequency, and fees.
- Access Requirement: Facility management must ensure safe and timely access to equipment rooms and pools for service delivery.
- Client Responsibility: Daily basic checks (temperature, clarity, circulation) remain the responsibility of facility staff unless otherwise specified.
- Cancellation Policy: Service cancellations require a minimum of 3 business days’ notice. Cancellations with less than 3 days’ notice may incur a service fee.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Brooklyn Training Academy is not responsible for issues arising from lack of facility access, unreported equipment malfunctions, or failure of on-site staff to follow operational guidelines.
- Services are performed in accordance with local, state, and federal health regulations.
